ESL has announced via Twitter that the offline finals of season three of its Pro League will take place in the United Kingdom.
The event will take place from May 12-15 at an undisclosed venue in London, which once again hosts an international competition after staging a DreamHack Open stop in 2015.
A total of $1.5 million will be up for grabs in the ESL Pro League in 2016, to be spread across two seasons. This is a significant increase from the $1 million on offer last year.

Twenty-four teams, hailing from Europe and North America, will be taking part in season three of the Pro League, kicking off on February 9.
More information about the Pro League finals will be released as we move further into the season. When announcing the prize pool for 2016, ESL revealed that it was in talks to secure television broadcasts for the tournament as it looks to compete with the $2.4 million ELEAGUE, which will kick off on May 24, one week after the Pro League season is over.
